ABOUT DR. RYAN

Dr. M. Whitney Ryan is a licensed clinical psychologist. Throughout her career, Dr. Ryan has worked with individuals from toddlers to young adults with a focus in developmental, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations.

 

Dr. Ryan was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She received a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Miami. While at the University of Miami, Dr. Ryan worked at the Mailman Center for Child Development at the Miller School of Medicine for six years. Dr. Ryan completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario.

 

In 2014, Dr. Ryan joined the Neurobehavioral Medicine Department at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. During the course of her career, Dr. Ryan has developed highly specialized evaluation skills. In her private practice, Dr. Ryan focuses exclusively on the evaluation and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders in children and adolescents. Dr. Ryan is married and has two young children. She and her family live in Coeur d’Alene, ID, where her husband was raised.
