FEES OVERVIEW

Dr. Ryan is a contracted provider in the the Optum Idaho behavioral health provider network, which is available to Medicaid members. Dr. Ryan does not work directly with any other insurance providers and she is not considered “in-network” for any additional insurance companies. Dr. Ryan will provide clients with billing codes or additional information, which families can submit directly to their insurance providers. Many insurance plans will reimburse a portion of the evaluation.

 

Initial Consultation/Intake is approximately 60 minutes and is the first step in the evaluation process. If you choose to proceed with diagnostic evaluation, two options are available based on children's age.

 

Evaluation of young children (ages five and under) includes the testing session, test scoring and interpretation, feedback session, and comprehensive written report.

 

Evaluation of older children and adolescents (ages six and above) includes the testing session, test scoring and interpretation, feedback session, and comprehensive written report.
